I stopped by Dianne's and Johnny's home a few days ago,
with camera in hand, as usual. Johnny had just picked up his
Amish built popcorn wagon that had been on order for a while
and as he pulled the wagon out of the shed so I could snap a picture....

.....Abby and Jasper promptly comes up to check things out, as usual.
Daisy just kept on grazing (she is a black hourse, out of picture range).
Jasper wonders if he is going to have to pull that funny looking wagon.

(That is another story I will hold for later.)
"I don't believe I have seen that thing before!", Abby said.
"Are you still carrying that camera around, snapping pictures of me?"
~Home Sweet Home~
Here are a couple more things Jasper is in charge of pulling.
I don't think he really minds it, he just likes to complain.

Beautiful, beautiful horses!
ReplyDeleteAm now following back!
Isn't that the cutest little wagon? And the horses are very handsome! <3
ReplyDeleteI do love the little popcorn wagon and I think the horses will be happy to pull it.
ReplyDeleteHi Gerry, you have a delightful blog and I enjoy touring it.
ReplyDeleteAbby and Jasper's 'home sweet home' looks like a manger scene with a star on top. Lovely shot!
I love the popcorn wagon! And the shot of the barn at night is just outstanding.
ReplyDeleteHi Gerry
ReplyDeleteThat wagon is so sweet. Any horse would be honoured to pull it I'm sure. The horse is beautiful and I think likes to have his picture taken...sweet.
I love the barn with the lights on. You've captured a wonderful picture of it.
Hope you have been having a great week so far...

Hi Gerry~ thanks for leaving a comment on my blog:) Your soaps are wonderful! I don't do anything fancy with mine and I just started making the lye soap about 6 months ago but it sure is addictive;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this! What a wonderful popcorn wagon. Abby and Jasper are beautiful :0)
ReplyDeleteYou're sure good with the camera. All your pictures are so bright and crisp. The little town I grew up in, had a pop corn wagon like that on a corner on main street in the summer. Brings back memories.
ReplyDeleteHello Gerry,
ReplyDeleteIt is nice to meet you! Thank you so much for stopping by and signing on the "follow" list! One thing that I have wanted to do this year is learn how to make my own soap! To this point, I've not been able to even purchase a book to even know what supplies I need to start collecting. My summer has been filled with our grandchildren this year...and since they both live good distances from us I am most definitely NOT complaining at having opportunity to spend the time with them. Hopefully this fall after the canning season is over, I will begin in earnest this project of learning the process. I know your blog is going to prove to be very helpful in that area.
Hi Dianna, It is nice to meet you too. Soap making is very easy, much easier that it appears to be. Please do make soap when you can...you will love making it and love using it too. Please don't hesitate to ask questions, I would love to help you. Gerry
